I'm sorry about the issue. Could you share more details so I can understand what's going wrong? Please mention your current After Effects version, any effects used, and if this issue is seen while previewing or exporting.

4k footages and normal iphone shoting clips

Thanks for getting back. Footage recorded on a phone can cause such issues in some cases. You can try transcoding the media using Media Encoder and see if that helps. If it doesn't, please share a screen recording of the full UI of After Effects demonstrating the issue.
