Only Resetting the layout solves this Bug apperently.

We got update today, so this is not the latest version anymore.

You can just reset the workspace - should fix this issue.

If not, reset preferences (search for "AE factory reset").

Hi Drumvisio,

Sorry for your issue and thanks for posting the video. Looks like a workspace issue as Martin suggested.

You can also navigate to this location: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\After Effects\16.0 and rename the ModifiedWorkspaces and OriginalUserWorkspaces folders. This will force After Effects to create new files for your workspaces.

Also note that there are a number of workspace-related bugs that have been fixed in today's update to After Effects: Bug fixes in the April 2019 release (version 16.1) of After Effects
