Can anyone tell me wher i find the Bug Reports from After Effects on my lokal pc ?

I'm not clear what you mean. If you are referring to the crash logs, they are in the default folders: Eitehr you user/ documents/ adobe folder, the program folder or the folder where a project is saved plus possibly the system's temp folders. For everything else you will have to provide a better explanation on what you are actualyl looking for and what problem you have.
