BUG WHEN RENDERING AFTER EFFECTS MP4

pls help i cant render anything in mp4 anymore idk why, i was really stressing cause i use this everyday so someone pls help, i tried with like 3 different projects, i deleted and reinstalled after effects altready and its always at 2% and than it chrashes, im scared i have a virus. Can you get virussus on After Effects??? Im scared cause it my school laptop. Thank you for your help in advance

Can you try exporting to a different drive? Also, please check if there's enough storage space available.
