Can i animate audio channels in after effects ? (left and right separately)

Need help with animating sound in 3d, I need two channels left and right as we get in adobe premiere pro to animate sound in my vfx scene.

Apply the Stereo Mixer effect to your audio layer.

Thank you so much, I have searched all but couldn't find this option, I animated sound by adobe premiere pro.
