Can't change anything in transform

I can't change the opacity, etc. The option is gone and all I can see is pick whip? I need help!

The fastest way to show and hide the various columns in the Timeline panel is to use the icon switches in the bottom left corner of the Timeline. The first one is Switches; the second is Modes; Shift + F4 brings up or hides the Parent Link. The other two are In/Out/Duration/Speed and Render Time. I almost never use the right-click in the Column Row because it takes too long.
