Can't Export Tracking Data from Mocha AE back to AE. There is no option at the bottom right of that panel.

I have the trial version of AE. Is that why?

Thanks.

It's in the plug-in. You can copy and past the plug-in to other layers and use the options within the effect to create mattes. You can also transfer the tracking data from your main layer to others via the plug-in. Here's a video straight from Boris FX (who owns Mocha now) giving an overview of the plug-in: https://borisfx.com/videos/new-mocha-ae-in-adobe-after-effects-cc-2019/

Which version of After Effects are you using? If it's AE 16.0 (CC 2019) then the Mocha plug-in has been rebuilt, and no longer includes an option to export tracking data. All you have to do is close Mocha and your tracking data is saved in the plug-in. It's significantly more powerful, and easier to use, than previous versions of Mocha AE.

I have the 2019 version. So where in AE is that data so that I can paste it?

If you are using the latest version of AE then the workflow has changed. Take a look at the tutorial overview that David posted.
