Can't render anything

New Here ,
Aug 29, 2018 Aug 29, 2018

When I put something in the render queue, it appears like this and basicly acts like there was nothing on it, lets me change format and quality options and those things, but doesn't let me render it no matter what I do.

PROBLEMA AE CS4.png

It's After Effects CS4 because it's the latest version my PC can handle.

I only know for certain that there's a black solid in your project.  Try turning the Caps Lock key off.

Try the obvious stuff first.

Check the box to activate the item in queue (although that shouldn't make a difference but it's something easy to try). No?

Next purge everything and restart AE. No?

Next reboot the computer and restart AE.  No?

Delete preferences. No?

Then maybe even try to uninstall and reinstall. No?

Finally contact support Contact Customer Care
