Can’t render more than blank space in ae

hi! i edit as a hobby and i’ve never had render issues before now. i didn’t change my render settings or anything before trying to render the edit that keeps failing. i normally render using best settings as render settings and lossless for the output module, so the base things that are set when you first use ae. i tried rendering my project and it won’t render any frame with a layer on it. it only renders blank space and fails once it reaches any type of layer. if you have any information that would help that would be greatly appreciated!

Using Adobe Media Encoder is the best choice now to render from after effects.
