After Effects error: bad tracked memory ID ( 23 :: 35 )

Can anyone help? I'm thinking a quick fix will be to continue with the previous version until the project is done but not sure how to revert back to a previous version...

I just had this issue and can trace it directly to a .c4d file and cineware. I deleted the c4d file and no longer get the warning.
