You can using normal layer time-stretching and time-remapping, but doing so is a pretty terrible idea, given that AE generally isn't great at audio processing and has no advanced options for compensating pitch shifts and all that. At best you should only create a reference clip in AE, export it and then do a proper mix and processing in Audition or Premiere, then reimport and replace the updated audio.
