If there's keyframes already applied on an object and I want change the position (let's say align text to the center) how do I affect the keyframes as well ?
ie. the animated object as a whole, without messing up the keyframes position path.
Create a New Null object layer and make it as a parent for the the layer which you want to move, then move the position for the Null Object.

The null is the easiest way. But if you're just talking about position, another way is to move the CTI directly onto one of the keyframes, then drag select all of the keyframes. Then you can drag the whole animation around. But parenting to a null really is the easiest way.

A third option is to use change the value or keyframe the Anchor Point - as long as you're not animating Scale or Rotation and you're not using the Anchor Point for stirring your coffee.
