In Cineware > Project Setting > Camera, if I select 'Centered Comp Camera' I have those problems.

All good with 'Comp Camera' though. Weird!

Update: now for some reason also the 'Centered Comp Camera' option works. Everything works. I don't understand why but it works.

Cineware works just fine with R20. The included Cinema 4D Lite only goes up to R19, but in the Cineware Options (blue text at the top of the effect) you can choose your installation of R20 to edit and render files.

Yes sure I can select R20 but if I use the new C4D Fields they don't work in Cineware. Also, the cell shader doesn't render.

I've used Fields with a vertex map to reveal a material on an object, and this shows through on a Cineware layer. Did you change both fields in the dialog above to R20 then restart AE?

Oh really? That's wonderful.

I'll try to reinstall C4D then. Thanks for the info.
