Clean outlines with turbulence displace effect

Hello,

I'm currently creating a background animation with the turbulence displace effect. My original shapes are circles with a black outline - The effect looks great on the shapes but i would like for the outlines to be clean looking and to keep the same thickness.

What can I do ?

Remove the outlines, pre-compose the distorted shapes, apply the strokes to the resulting layer using a layer style or effects like Vegas.
