Folks,
Good afternoon.
I have a problem in After Effects CC 2019. I had CC 2018 before and easily connected to the library, after the update, even though I was connected in Creative Cloud and also in the software (After Effects), the library informed me that I am not connected (there is an "x" in the adobe icon and however, I can not use for example, my color themes that I created in Adobe Color CC.I used to get it in CC 2018. Could someone help me with this problem. I have a project in the after with the palette of colors, and I want to use the. but it does not load in CC 2019. I need help.

I had a similar problem when I updated to 2019 from 2018 and just reinstalled. If you have already done this or if you haven't done this, I highly recommend using the CREATIVE CLOUD CLEANER TOOL This is a special Adobe application that will help with clean installs. It can solve many types of problems like this one and this actually solved my issues
Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems
You can also RECREATE THE LIBRARIES CACHE: Solution to the issue: Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries panel doesn't load in desktop products
There are some other things you can try but this is a good start!

I've already uninstalled with Creative Cloud Cleaner, deleted the back of the library and even used the Revo Uninstaller to clean all the waste and a program to clean all Adobe records. But nothing worked and the problem persists. Before in CC 2018 it worked and now neither CC 2017 and CC2018. And now, how do I do it?
