convert cdr file into psd file

I have a word press website and i hired a man to design logo for my website.

He send me a .cdr file. Now when i am uploading logo into my website. They asked for a psd file. This is my file : https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1W7UHFDNOW_n0GKPMt6HgNhhdkjI0pAgq

Can anyone please help me how to change .csd file into psd file

You need CorelDraw and exporet the file as a PSD from there. This has nothing to do with AE or photoshop. The flaw is on the other end.
