Copy effects from one comp to new comp & improve replace with AE tool

1) It would be real handy if users could copy effects from one comp to another. Adobe, please build a tool for this. It is way over due. 

2) The "Replace With AfterEffects Compositon" tool is poorly conceived and mostly usleless. Get rid of it or replace it with something that actually works in a true editing environment.

1) I copy and paste effects from the Effects Control Panel, including keyframes, all the time. Not sure what you are looking for here.

2) Replace with After Effects composition works fine if you are trying to do shots and not movies. AE is not an NLE and should not be used to edit movies. If renders take a long time, it is always a good idea to render the Comp to a production format instead of keeping a dynamic link, and rendering is always faster with AE than if you render the same comp in Premiere Pro because a background copy of AE is launched to render dynamically linked comps and system resources are limited.

This would also allow you to go into more detail on each request, such as:

• What aspect of copying effects would you like to see added? Effects can already be copied between layers in different compositions.
• What pain points are you encountering with "Replace with After Effects Composition"? You might be experiencing a bug with the Dynamic Link between After Effects and Premiere.
