Deleting After Effects cache

Hello, everyone! I'm pretty new to After Effects, and I have a question about deleting cache files. I recently discovered that After Effects cache took up 30 GB of my hard drive space, and therefore I wanted to delete it. But my question is if I can risk deleting projects or other important files when doing so?

Hi Albert

You are safe in deleting cache. your project files and assets reside in a different place. Deleting cache only deletes render files stored deep on your hard drive in a folder specifically used for cache.
