Does After Effects update v16.0.1 work?

Hi, I'm looking to update my After Effects to v16.0.1 and wondered if it was 100% stable.

I've updated in the past and had some issues, so thought it might be a good idea to

ask the forum if it is usable or what bugs I should expect when upgrading.

Definitely you must go with this update since adobe was fix a lot of issue and this version  look totally stable at least for me ,

in all cases it's better to keep the old version you work on till you test the new version and be sure all your file is 100% work without any issue
