Draft 3D is not working

Hi,

I am learning After effects using 3D animation from a 2D design in the tutorials.

I pressed the draft 3D button in After effects but screen just became black and doesn't show any objects in the file. 

Would anyone please help me how to resolve this issue?

I am using LG gram and spec as below.

Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.8 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch Touch support with 10 touch points

Draft 3D engine is a Realtim GPU only renderer and probably not suitable for the Iris XE graphic chipset embedded into your LG Gram laptop. If you can preview your 3D objects with Draft 3D disabled then the GPU is the problem.
