dropdown goes out of window

I have a problem with the dropdown, it is possible to set up that, stay inside the window? The texts are not long in every case and still goes outside 

My second question:

I have buttons like this:

It is possible to create rounded buttons like this (it came from design plan)?

The size of the dropdown is buggy, since 2014...
