After upgrading the adobe CC2019 package to CC2020, Affter doubled the screen when I triggered the Composite Preview. I tested it on two different machines with different configurations, and it is giving the same problem with the preview.
Can someone help me?

Dois_comunicacao and Ivanmoralesm, you have both posted in the Get Started forum. What Adobe software title or service is your question in relation too?

Ivanmoralesm, I am sorry, but without knowing which Adobe application you are using for this Composite Preview. then it will be impossible to move the discussion to a community that may be able to answer the question.

My After Effects CC 2020 has the same problem, I tested on two separate machines, one with macOS Catalina and one with macOS High Sierra, as twice the same problem. Duplicity of the canvases in which I have some open composition. The error happens when you play the composition preview.

Welcome to the Adobe Beta Tester Program. There has not been a stable .0 release of After Effects since they changed to the subscription model (if they had to convince people to spend $800 to upgrade, you better believe it would be stable when released).
Adobe pushed this new (underwhelming) release out, ready or not, to show at Adobe Max.

I'm having the same issue on a late-2012 iMac with the following specs:
Processor: 2.9 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660M 512 MB
Memory: 24 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
OS version: Catalina 10.15.1
For me the issue seems to be persisting with all projects including the new ones I've created using AE 2020
