Effect Control Not Showing

Hello, I'm looking for a help. I suddenly don't have any content in my effect control panel. I uninstalled and reinstalled my after effect twice to reset the preference but still I can't see anything in the panel. Where can I find all buttons to change size, opacity, position, and etc.?

Hi. Go the actual layer and toggle the down arrow open. Is this what you were looking for?

Are there any effects on the logo7-01.png layer? Effects as in blur, or curves or anything from the Effect menu. Unlike Premiere, After Effects doesn't treat position and scale, etc. as effects.
