Element 3D import not working

I cant import any 3d files/models into Element 3D for some reason and when I click relink files, it doesn't do anything?anyone know what I'm supposed to do?

Start by making sure that you have the latest version of Element installed. If it is, uninstall Element and then re-install it. If you still can't get it to work and your system meets the minimum system requirements for After Effects and Element 3D, then contact Video Copilot. They are pretty good about helping customers figure out problems with their software.
