Element has encountered an unrecoverable

I keep receiving this Error "Element has encountered an unrecoverable error. Please compress the following file and contact support (support@videocopilot.net" message any time I open up an existing project with E3D applied to a layer within it or when applying it to a layer in a new project. In addition to this, I also receive a 'AEGP Plugin Element: Leaked effect refs (5027 :: 12)' message whenever I exit After Effects. and when i open element 3D i found all the texture look like this (photo attached)

Well adobe users might have the same problem, and the vendor told me to update and try a previous version of element nothing works and i don't have much time
