Enable Multi-Frame Rendering

You need to be running the latest Beta version of After Effects. You find the switch in Premerences.

This feature is not available in the 18.4.1 version. It's in beta phase. As Rick mentioned, you need to install beta version of After Effects in order to get access to Multi-Frame Rendering. As others have mentioned, these features are only available in AE Beta. The speed difference is quite remarkable and AE Beta has been exceptionally stable for me. AND based on the latest, official posts, these features are in the latter stagest of making it into the public release of AE.
