Endless Problem About SLOW Preview Even I do lower res

Hey guys. 

I have RTX 4070 super, i9 14900K, 1TB + 1TB samsung Pro SSD and 32+32 ram. As you can see, in attached picture there is only 3 file on this app and look at that render time. I cant even preview this 5 sec video on quarter res. 

Does anyone know how to fix this? I bought a new desktop for this and payed almost 3K$ and still same problem. I feel scammed

Sorry to hear that you are running into this issue.

Are there any effects applied to this layer? Can you check if it occurs with this particular media? Can you import different 4K footage and test? Also, try clearing the media cache (Edit > Purge > All Memory & Disk Cache).

If your PC has two SSD inside, would you set the separate cache disk each? The setting can be done in Preferences > Media & Disk Cache. It would be better to set the cache disk on non OS drive.
