Error on Puppet Tool

Excuse me, i have a problem with puppet tool on After Effect CS6.

It's not crash or not working, it's working but there is an error or i can say like glitch.

I've never had this error when i use After Effect CC 2017 on my pc, but this problem occur when i use CS6 on my laptop.

Actually it's sometimes happend on my pc, but i use brush tool to fix it, and it's work. But not for my laptop.
Is it caused by my laptop specs?

You need a lot more triangles and you need to expand the mesh. You also need to make sure that the layer's position, rotation and scale is not animated.
