Error while Rendering. Invalid image buffer size.

I tried to composite very common effect optics compensation. I can preview it on the timeline but can't export it. I use iMac 5k with i5 processor and 16g ram. Check the attached screenshots. Hope who can help me out.

Well, you have Motion tile in there, don't you? Unless there's an urgent reason to use it, get rid of it. usually that's the culprit, not the other effects. If you have to retain it, isolate the effects by pre-composing to sensible steps.

Problem Solved. Thank you so much for the tip on the motion tile. The footage successfully exported once I shut the motion tile down. Furthermore, I found out it's my fault. I should've added more keyframes for output of width and height to change it back to 100.
