Hello!
I am quite new to After effects and having a lot of trouble figuring out how to do something that i can only imagine is very doable and quick. Essentially I have layered up approximately 4 of the same video onto my after-effects composition. as the video progresses 3 of these videos start to rotate in the viewport slightly offset from each other. This creates a slightly trippy and mirrored effect, which is exactly what i'm after! However, I notice that when these layers start to rotate the outline of the video is extremely visible and stark against each one of the other layers. There is an image below of what i mean. Is there a way in which to not only slightly blur the edges of each layer, but also fade out the actual rectangle border of each video layer too? this way when I layer everything up it looks a bit more abstract and not so obvious in regards to how I've edited the video? If someone could please let me know a workflow to achieve this i would be very greatful! 🙂

Hi defaultvith4ntbkmh2,
Thanks for reaching out. We've got your back.
I think adding a mask to the layer (slightly smaller than the layer size) and then increasing the Mask Feather should help. Check out the screenshot:
Let us know if it helps.
Thanks,
Nishu
