fastest way to clear all keys in a layer, and to copy paste keys from multiple layers to new cursor point

I guess my heading says it all

what is the "fastest way to clear all keys in a layer, and to copy paste keys from multiple layers to new cursor point"

How would you delete all set keys across multiple selected layers, or within one layer without having to open the layer or its transformation elements.

Also when copy pasting keys I find I can only select keys within a layer, then ctrlC, ctrl V to paste at the cursor. If I try to select keys across 2 layers at once, and do the same it simply creates new layers with those keys. I`d prefer to just copy keys from different layers and have them duplicated at the new cursor position (but still in their own layer)...

is this possible?

Clicking on any stopwatch will delete all keyframes if there are any or set a keyframe at the CTI if there are none.

Only one property's keyframes can be held in copied into memory at one time, but you can store all modifiable parameters in a single layer in an animation preset.
