FOR SOME REASON IT HAS TURNED WHITE THE BACKGROUND IS WHITE ALSO AL THE OBJECT CAN YOU GUYS HELP ME

all the objects the background is white 

i guess i pressed some buttons and this happened i have atttached a picture with it
