Frame from one After Effects file appears in others during render

I have a Premiere project.

In this project I have created many After Effects files, via dynamic link.

One of these After Effects sequences seems to have "printed" a frame or information onto other After Effects sequences. 

These frames aren't visible when I view the After Effects sequences.

But when I render the files, they are. 

I am using After Effects 2017. I also experienced this in an earlier iteration of AE, some time in early 2014.

You need to clear your AE cache - that should help.

Of note: caching issues like this have been getting rarer in newer versions as they've been fixing the bugs that cause them. It wouldn't hurt to consider upgrading.
