Gathering offscreen windows - MAC

Yo guys. Please tell me there's a way to gather offscreen windows, or a feature coming to assist with this. 

The problem is a little more irritating than the "choose another workspace" work around I see suggested. I, like many animators, want to set up a custom workspace. Even starting from a default workspace, I have to check every plug-in window, one by one. Because if I begin arranging, and find one window that's messed up, the only solution out there is to discard all arrangement done, and start with a new default workspace. Even being diligent, and starting from a fresh default, I find that one or more of my plug-in is living up there with its head in the clouds...

So... if it isn't there, how can I start a petition to get a "collect all windows" feature?

go into your system preferences and under Display prefs change to a scaled resolution and make the value something different than what you have currently. I run into this from time to time and somehow this fixes it for me.
