Glitches while export files in After Effects

can someone help me why these glitches come every time i export anything in after effects

Your screenshots do not show us anything at all about your workflow or render settings. We need details on everything to pinpoint the workflow error.

The "glitches" just look like compression artifacts. If you start with compressed footage (MP4, etc) and re-encode it into another compressed file, the quality gets worse. That's just mathematics.
