green pink glich on video

the video im using is an MP4, capture video i took on my laptop computer. when i try to edit it in after effects its whos me the video like this..

tried working in premier also and did the same thing

what to do?

If you are using newest AE it should not happen but if it did look here:
Resolution for an issue where green, purple, or pink haze appears in the Source or Program monitors,...

If nothing help - just use AME to reencode your mp4 to good intermediate codec (animation, prores, cineform) and use those in AE.
