have a problem with preview with new MacBook Pro 16-inch model in After Effects

I bought a new MacBook Pro 16-inch yesterday and preview of affter effet doesnot work at all.

Even i unistalled and installed again it doesnot work. mac os catlina is not compatible yet?

i really need help.

I am guessing you are getting this also? I am having the same problem. Preview works if I zoom in a lot.

yes! i have the exactly same problem with you. even i can not make any shape due to this preview problem.

After effects2019 is working... best to try an use that for the time being

I posted this in another thread about this issue... but turning on Rulers (for some reason) is a workaround that has been successful for me. YMMV, of course!
