And what would be the point? You have a wrong understanding what Bodymovin does. It only translates native AE animation to canvas animation/ SVG/ JSON parametric data. It cannot magically turn an existing image sequence into such a thing. And even if it did, a compley animation like yours would produce a gazillion shapes and keyframes, with the file size far outweighing that of even a "fat" animated GIF. Again, you have a wrong understanding of this stuff. It doesn't even come down to AE. You need to educate yourself on how this works on the web in general and what format to use when.

ok, and what's a problem? The tutorial is quite clear, Bodymovin is a plugin which you can find in Creative Cloud store. Install it and create your asset using the instrictions in this tutorial. It's quite simple.

I'm still not clear what you are saying. It won't magically convert your animation into editable data. All it will ever do is build a video/ canvas wrapper and add interactive features like player controls and clickable hotspots, which means you still need to set up the relevant Null objects, solids and whatnot and let the script apply its expressions and so on so it can actually export the data. Again, I think you have a fundamental misunderstanding what the plug-in does and how it works, coupled with a lack of understanding of web techniques.

As far as I can see, the mentioned tutorial explains how to create an asset from images and set the links. As for me, there is a lot of much better ways to do this for use on the site, but if someone wants to work so — ok, let it be 🙂
But I still don't see what TS wants here. To explain how it works? — The tutorial explains this well. To do this for him? — What's a reason?

I don't have After Effects otherwise I wouldn't ask here for help.
