It's an excuse, but it's a waste that I didn't control the shutter speed.

RevisionFX DE:Flicker might help, but otherwise this is a case of patching it together from different frozen segments with a bit of masking. The shot is perfectly salvageable, but you either have to spend some money or invest some time.
