If I'm understanding your question correctly, you'll want to check out Red Giant/Trapcode. 3d Stroke and Particular are 3rd-party plugins developed by RG.

Is there a specific lens blur you're looking for, aside from the native one?

I have buy on evento an after effects projet and when i try to work in there is this message and Joao Cesar tell me that this effects are in animate cc.... What can i do?:

These are 3rd-party effects for After Effects, and cannot be used in Animate.
The link above will take you to two of them, but be aware that they are a few hundred dollars each.
I don't know which "Lens Blur" effect that is.

I suggest taking a look at the Envato page for the template you bought, which should give more information on what was used.
It's possible the project has pre-rendered versions that can be used without having the effects. Without knowing more about the specific template, it's impossible to say.

If you're not able to use the project because of those missing effects, and aren't interested in purchasing them, I imagine there's a way to get a refund from Envato. In the future, make sure to read descriptions carefully for After Effects templates, to confirm whether they rely on any external effects like this.

Hi, this is out of contacts but when I edit I don't see 3D stroke, and I am trying to do like a Swirly curly transition for my YouTube channel so if you could help me that would be great, but if you don't that is ok.
