Adding some refrence images too for further example. I am trying to achieve this sort of particle effect where the particle comes from offscreen and then rest at a outline of a said layer. I have used CC Particle System 1 & 2 and CC particle world to make such particles, but I cant make them flow into text and then resting at an outline part of an X layer. Is there even a way to make particles form to text layer using built in AE Plugins? Because I have tried using particular but it's so much pain in the ass with so many controls and even then I cant seem to get my desired result. Any help is much appreciated folks! Cheers...

Unfortunately, Particular really is the easiest way to approach this type of animation.  My approach would be to use your text layer as a layer emitter, explode the layer into particles, then reverse the comp so that the layers implode back into the text.  There are loads of tutorials around demonstrating this process.
