how create folder from after effects to windows automaticly

I created a big structure in a ''folder tree'' in after effects. These folders I created are empty. But I want to export this structure tree folder by folder seperately on windows. Is there any software'' or java script ''prepared to export this structure

if you have an external media assets in you folder AE will create this folder automatically after collecting you file

Thanks, ı know that but, unfortunately we have so folders in about 3350.  it takes a lot of time, we want to learn how to create "empty folders " from ae to windows.

I don't think it's possible without content in all the folders and a collect files operation. Not sure if it could be scripted, but it might be worth posting a question here: https://www.aenhancers.com/ 

Not that it's a solution at this point - but it does work the other way. If you'd created the empty folder structure outside of AE you could have imported that.
