How do I navigate in the composition window?

Hello. How do I navigate in the composition window after zooming in to 100%?

It doesn't work at all like in Premiere.

How do I get to the bottom and to the sides? All I can zoom in on is the center.

I use a trackpad, not a mouse.

P.S. There are no scrollbars, like in the timeline.

Hold down Spacebar to toggle to the hand tool, or just select the hand tool, then drag around freely.

Totally forgot about the hand tool...😳 I haven't been working with Adobe for 7 years.
