I'm trying to crate a wireframe sphere with the Grid effect and CC sphere. But the strokes got very thin as they converge at the top(also the side). Is there any way to create wireframe sphere with constant stroke width? Thanks.

Create the grid in a pre-comp with wedge shaped lines to compensate the thinning. Otherwise this is a case for using plug-ins or 3D programs that render uniform lines as post effects.

Thanks. I tried the wedge shaped lines. It helped a bit, but not quite there yet.
What kind of plug-in do you recommend for this? Thanks.

@SternFX shared a tutorial recently where he has created a wireframe workflow and preset for 3D models. I haven't had a chance to try it out myself yet, but I wonder if this would solve the issue:
