When i am do time remap expression jump cuts how can i also make my video half shorter?
To increase speed with time-remap, you decrease the spacing between the keyframes.
If you have 1 keyframe at 10sec showing TC 00:10 and another one at 30 sec showing TC 00:30, you move the 2nd one to 20 sec, keeping the TC value of 00:30.
In Premiere, you just add some keyframes and increase speed. It's like 100 times easier to overview and controllable.

What do you mean by "half shorter" - cut away the other half or double the speed?
AE is not made for editing. Use Premiere instead. It must be a the Glory Pain On Earth so make jump cuts with time remap!

Read the User Guide. It is very clear and will tell you exactly how to get started with Time Remapping. I think that you are over complicating things and that you do not want to spend any time actually studying.

Find a tutorial.
A screenshot won't help you in no way, since both ways (AE and Premiere) require some steps to achieve a speed up and some further explanation. Better explained in a video - and tons of it are out there on youtube.
