How to Animate a Quill pen to write on scroll

I know this technique is very old, but I am interested in learning this technique for a project that I am working. If anyone could help that would be great!

Not sure what you are asking. There's literally gazillions of "write/ reveal text" tutorials of all kinds out there. A simple web search will give you enough to work with. For anything beyond that you have to be more specific.
