I'm currently trying to improve one old footage. Some color correction, blur reduction and sharpening. I was able to sharpen up the video without messing up edges but they are still not nice and i want to smooth them somehow. Is it possible to do it? Im using after effects cs4 because i dont  64bit system. thank you fo any help

Without seeing the original it's pretty difficult to give you some meaningful advice. There are dozens of techniques that you can combine to improve the look of old footage but none of them work magic. If the hard edges are in the original it's pretty hard to get rid of them. The tiny screenshot also looks like you scaled up the footage about 200%, which will also add to the problems.

A few more details and a 100% scale screenshot of the original footage would help us help you.

that looks like some artifacting from some pretty extreme sharpening. you may consider backing off on the sharpening some. also consider playing with different sharpening filters. things like unsharp mask or a high pass overlay layer could work for you too.
