How to change comma (,) to point (.) in UI?

After updating, my After Effects suddenly changed all the points in the UI to commas. I use the decimal point button in the numeric keypad a lot. Now I can't use this button anymore for decimals since its all commas in the UI.

I have tried reinstalling older versions and also tried changing the language, but UI still has the commas.

Current AE version 23,3
Creative Cloud language is set to English (North America)
