how to change the frame rate of an audio
in adobe after effects
Title edited by Mod.
Of course you can play around with the Preview panel settings, but what good does this do for your project? The changes there are not persistent and really only affect the preview. All the same you can of course apply time-remapping and time-stretching to audio files and AE will resample them.

You can change the footage interpretation just like with any other clip. However, since AE is terrible at audio processing and such procedures will affect pitch and sampling, you may want to consider properly converting and time-stretching your audio in Audition or another such software.

like if we change the frame to a 20 FPS rate the Audio will get slower
if we change the frame to 60 fps the audio will go faster
