Hey all I'd like to know how to achieve this (image underneath and attached). It's a movie frame by frame composed into one entire picture. I know it's made in AE, only not how.6063FFBE-1423-4B67-B7A1-7C78790DA287.jpeg

Would someone be so kind to explain this to me? I don't think it's a specific effect buy rather a technical process.

Thanks in advance,

Slitscan images are typically produced with the time displacement effect. In your case it could be as trivial as using a simple linear left to right gradient as the displacement map. All that's left to figure out is how to best average the colors of each frame using blurs or tinting a solid based on sampler controls/ sampleImage() expressions and some code.
